Artistic Gymnastics Teams
Pre-team gymnasts begin learning the USA Gymnastics mandated and choreographed routines for Level 3, while continuing to obtain and refine the skills listed on the special "Level 3 testing sheets" they began working on in Shining and Nova Stars. To be invited to join Pre-team, gymnasts have only 6 or fewer elements left to accomplish on their testing sheets. These teams practice up to four days a week, year-round, working hard to accomplish their goal of joining the Team.
